Merkaba Healing Sanctuary

Place Yourself Inside the Protective Merkaba ( You can use a photo of yourself)

Use this sheet to write in the information on your guides.
Start by sitting quietly and open your heart, not your third eye or crown Chakra. Stay in the heart. That is where the intuition is and the love and the communication receivers for your Guides to commune with you. It is also the place that runs protection for you.

Place the image of the protective/communication Merkaba energetically around you.

Then, state your question out loud (so your body is part of this event and will pick up the cellular tissues memory so you will access this information and own it), like this: I call in all Guides that have the forte to work with me on (state your issue and keep it simple, don't stack the question, just simple).

Then sit in your heart and listen or feel a presence or warmth. Even if you don't have any sensation, and when you first try this that may happen, within 30 sec. say, thank you, followed by, may I have your name? Receive the first thought, sound or feeling that comes to you. DO NOT OVER THINK THIS OR BE SO ARROGANT TO THINK THE YOU WILL HAVE A HIGH BEING COME TO YOU! It can happen, but it is not for you to decide.

Write the name on the sheet. Then thank them, by their name, sound frequency or feeling for being there. (Note. If you do not get a name, release them and ask for them to come again).

Ask them where on your body they would like to be housed. This will be a communication way of letting you know when they want to talk to you. You will feel a sensation in the area, and, if you want to talk to them, you can make it more clear by tapping that area when calling on them.

Now, ask them what their function is in working with you. You may also ask them if they are working with other Guides, angels, or your Galactic Family.

Call in as many guides as you want for each issue separately using the method above. Map them on your sheet so you will remember because later they will expand and assist in your gift downloads and you will be instructed to bring in ,or assistance. This method will get easier and faster when you continue to use it!

Note: If, when calling in your Guides and you don't feel right or nothing is happening, release them and start over.
